NATO Mersey 14 Lever Clear Backplate (10 & 14 Lever Compatible)

The NATO Mersey lock was produced in two primary variants: a 10-lever and a 14-lever model. While each version features its own internal evolution, both share core security characteristics and a common design lineage. Originally developed for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) from the 1970s through the 1990s, the Mersey lock is known for its distinctive V-shaped key profile, setting it apart from conventional lever locks.

Designed in collaboration with Crispix, this clear cover fits the 14-lever variant as well as the 10-lever version with the curtain removed. It allows unobstructed viewing of the internal mechanism for study, demonstration, or display.
