1. Use of Website

1.3 Products sold by Hazzertous MFG are intended for lawful use only. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, state, and federal laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to the website at our discretion.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
2.2 All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Currency conversions shown are for convenience only.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
2.4 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges applicable in their country.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed and processed by us.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
3.3 Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.
4. Shipping and Risk of Loss
4.1 We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
4.4 Packages shipped without tracking are sent at the customer’s risk. Tracked and insured shipments may be eligible for claims through the carrier. Any claims must be initiated by Hazzertous MFG.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products.
5.2 To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
5.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5.4 Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
5.5 Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content created by Hazzertous MFG, including product photos, branding, written content, and original product designs, is the property of Hazzertous MFG and may not be reproduced without permission.
Certain product imagery or technical illustrations may include historical or publicly available reference materials believed to be in the public domain. Such materials remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazzertous MFG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Privacy
We do not sell customer personal information. Personal information is collected only as necessary to process orders and provide customer service. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and shipping carriers) as required to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
